End the Chat

When you are done, you have 2 options for closing the chat screen:

1 - If you do not need to save your answer(s), just Tap on the X symbol at the upper right-hand corner of that screen, or (depending on your browser) the Blue Circle with a pointing down arrow, or

2 - If you want other options, tapping on the three vertical dots at the upper right-hand side of the screen to select from 3 choices.
